BreakThrough Golf Performance
BreakThrough offers the only program in the Sandhills that has been proven to help clients become better golfers. Our innovative approach can work in either private lessons or small groups. The golf fitness program varies in content and intensity by age group with options for youths, adults, and seniors.
Equestrain Performance
At Breakthrough, equestrians are recognized as the one group of athletes who tend to focus on their horses and neglect their own movement, fitness, and wellness. Because of Breakthrough’s expertise in identifying asymmetrical adaptations, we are uniquely an optimal choice to help the equestrian community perform their best without struggling with repetitive injuries, joint inflammation, or pain.
Youth Sports Performance
This program is for younger athletes (usually ages 12-18) who want to perform athletically at a higher level.It’s important to understand that kids are not just “short adults.” Their bones and musculature are very different from adults, and kids are constantly changing as they mature.Our goal is to not only improve athletic performance, but improve movement, coordination, and positive self-talk to improve their life holistically.

Health
Optimizing nervous system function is our biggest priority. We monitor sleep, heart rate variability and many other variables to ensure our athletes are healthy and happy. Our nutrition guidance, recovery modalities, and stress management strategies will enhance the athlete’s overall health and wellness
Asymmetry
In fact, our brain, organs, and other tissues are asymmetrical. This potentially has negative affects on the body if left unchecked. This needs to be accounted for to ensure you can maintain proper movement patterns
Cardiovascular Training
A well conditioned athlete’s systems will recover quicker, leading to less injury risk and the ability to access efficient power output late in games. As we age, exercising to improve cardiovascular health not only gets you fit, but dramatically decreases your chances of stroke and heart disease
Durability
We use a comprehensive approach to long term injury prevention that includes strength and conditioning, daily postural restoration pre-hab, nutrition programs, lifestyle improvements such as sleep quality and teaching correct breathing patterns, to even dental and vision integration
